After harvesting, these pure grain cereals are puffed by a special process to produce a 'puff ball' which preserves the original shape of the grain, and helps to maintain maximum nutrition. The process also roasts the grains, which helps with digestion and gives them a delicious toasted flavour. No sugar, artifical flavour, sweeteners or colouring are added. Also free from malt and barley.
