This lovely fresh tasting cheese is made by Annette Lee at Sydling St. Nicholas, Dorset. This cheese is hand made from pasteurised milk from one herd of goats grazing at Wiveliscombe in Somerset. It is a lightly pressed full fat cheese with a moist texture and nutty almond flavour - very tasty with more bite that many of its kind. This cheese is rated as up with the best - it is matured naturally and therefore has a natural rind. See also
