Made by Annette Lee at Sydling St. Nicholas, Dorset, this is a pasteurised hand made fetta cheese adapted from a Mediterranean recipe. It is not as salty as most fetta cheeses and has a semi soft texture with a delicate flavour. Ideal for cooking Mediterranean dishes and delicious in traditional Greek salads. See also West Country.
