Ethiopia is reputed to be the home of coffee- not just barren dry land. but a tropical jungle where coffee grows in wild gardens amongst other shade-giving trees. This Yirgacheffe coffee comes from the Oromia estate and has a fine floral taste and wonderful aroma. It is probably the best of the washed Ethiopian coffees. It has distinct fruit like acidity giving a pungent addition to the traditional winey Mocha taste. It has lots of body. A very pleasant smooth all day coffee.
