Fish, sea vegetables and flavourings

These anchovies are fished off the coasts of Sicilly by small community fishing boats and preserved immediately after the catch in organic cold pressed olive oil. No drag nets or long lines are used. There is no bye-catch or wastage or damage to the sea floor.

Ingedients: fillets of anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, capers, sea salt.
