This mackerel is fished off the coasts of Spain and Portugal by small sized community based fishing boats that go out at night and return in the morning. No drag nets are used, no factory ships are used and the fish is not frozen either on board or on land.
Ingredients: mackerel (75%) de-skinned and de-boned, cold pressed sunflower oil (24%), sea salt. This is an organic certified product.
