This Campagne loaf is rustic French "country" bread with a touch of sourdough. A simple but tasty spelt and rye bread coated with golden Polenta is ideal to accompany soups or salads.
Ingredients: spelt flour (80%), rye flour (20%), sourdough, spring water, Celtic sea salt, yeast and sunflower oil. Suitable for
vegetarians and vegans.
