Symptomatic relief of coughs. A natural expectorant as it combines the expectorant properties of thyme, aniseed and horehound with the demulcent properties of marshmallow root. Also included are the homeopathic potencies of drosera, ipecac and pulsatilla used in homeopathy to stimulate the body's defences against coughing and catarrh. Ideal for 'chesty' coughs where there is phlegm or mucous.
