Now only Burcott Mill remains, one of only 50 fully working water-powered flour mills operating in Britain.
Use Coarse for a hearty wholemeal loaf with plenty of texture and a rich nutty, roasted nutty flavour. Blend with strong flour or try using the Extra Fine. Also ideal for soda bread and as an alternative to breadcrumbs for coating chicken.
