Ener-G Rice Bran
Used on its own - or in baking - to increase fibre in the diet. This bran is naturally sweet and doesn't need sugar; therefore it tastes much better and can be eaten straight from the pack. It has a pleasant nutty taste and is delicious when added to cereals and soups. Also used in stews, hamburgers, casseroles and other combinations of cooked meat and vegetables. Recipes are included on the pack.
Recommended dosage: take one teaspoon a day and increase as required to approximately two tablespoons a day. Ingredients: rice bran.
