Meridian Date Syrup
A richly flavoured concentrate of date syrup containing no additives or preservatives and is excellent as a natural sweetener. Use to make flapjacks and cakes or to flavour ice cream, yoghurt or muesli.

Meridian Garlic and Herb Dip
The creamy texture of this dip has been achieved by using soy milk rather than yoghurt or cream.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, water, soy milk, garlic puree (4%), honey (3%), onion, maize starch, white wine vinegar, sea salt, oregano, dried egg yolk, parsley, acidity regulator: citric acid, stabilizer:(guar gum), dijon mustard.
Nutritional information: per 100g carbohydrate 5.9g, of which sugars 2.3g, fat 33.7g, of which saturates 4.1g, dietary fibre 0.6g, sodium 0.4g, salt 1.1g.
Caution: made in a factory that uses nut ingredients.

Meridian Almond Butter
Butter made from American almonds. Ingredients: roasted USA almonds, sea salt (0.5%). Cautions:
this product is manufactured on the same plant as Meridian Peanut Butter and should therefore not be eaten by those with a peanut allergy.
Nutritional information per 100g: energy 2620kJ/633kcal, protein 25.5g, carbohydrate 6.5g (of which sugars 4.0g), Fat 56.1g (of which saturates 4.7g), fibre 7.4g, sodium 0.2g.

Meridian Cashew Butter
Butter made from tropical forest cashews. Ingredients: roasted cashew nuts from Mozambique, India or Brazil, palm oil. Cautions: this product is manufactured on the same plant as Meridian Peanut Butter and should therefore not be eaten by those with a peanut allergy.
