Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Delta, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 1024 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Orders are only despatched once payment has been made.

Any information placed at the time of your order is collected in order to fulfill your order.

Who is collecting the information

All information collected via our web site or via email is collected only by authorised staff of Sue's Pantry at our premises and not by any other party. All information is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Why it is collected

Information is collected with the sole purpose of fulfilling the customer order and is stored on file in accordance with the Data Protection Act and to enable us to recall information in the event of a future query over an order that has been placed.
