This reduced salt yeast extract has has an exclusive, subtle, savoury flavour and is naturally produced by the yeast enzymes working on molasses and is not a brewer's by-product with common salt. Serving suggestion: spread very thinly on bread or toast. Season all soups, sauces, stews, rice and noodle dishes, egg or meat dishes with one teaspoon per ¼ litre liquid.
