Arnica is an excellent first-aid remedy and is used for physical and emotional shock. It promotes healing, controls bleeding and reduces swelling.
Recommended Dosage: Pillules to be sucked or chewed and to be taken between meals. Adults and children: 2 pillules every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve. If symptoms worsen or persist consult a doctor.

Nelsons Arnica cream is an ideal first aid application, effective for all types of bruises resulting from injuries, knocks and falls. Especially prepared from the alpine plant arnica montana.
Directions Apply gently to bruised areas. Do not apply to cut or broken skin. Precautions Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Side effects are rare.
