Capsules containing equal ratios of L.acidophilus/B.bifidum/L.bulgaricus (to provide 1/2 billion of each at time of manufacture, in a base of maltodextrin), citrus pectin, fructooligosacchardies (FOS) and the Viridian green food blend of bilberry extract, spirulina and alfalfa. Helps to maintain the balance in the gut of the beneficial bacteria and therefore helps maintain a healthy digestive system. Antibiotics, steroidal drugs and the contraceptive pill may upset the balance of bacteria in the gut.
