Alka-Clear™ provides cleansing, alkalising minerals to help maintain the alkaline balance of the blood and tissues, and support the removal of waste products. To check your pH, use the test papers provided. Compare the colour against the chart provided. A healthy urinary pH is between 7.5 and 8.0, in the evening. People on a low sodium diet should consult their doctor before taking Alka-Clear. Suggested intake: Stir one rounded teaspoonful into a glass of water, or Take four to six capsules (take no more than 24 capsules in 24 hours).
